Project Period: 2017-2024 | Client: Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry | Geography: Vietnam
Vietnam's companies are developing rapidly, but many SMEs lack the knowledge and experience to meet international ESG standards required by global supply chains and foreign direct investor.
Culture of Business served as advisor to the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), developing and delivering highly interactive ESG training workshops for local entrepreneurs and companies across the country. Training covered critical topics including ESG frameworks, due diligence processes, risk management, governance structures, and compliance requirements—all tailored to help Vietnamese companies integrate into international supply chains.
The programme has strengthened Vietnam's reputation as a source of responsible, ESG-compliant suppliers and has enabled countless SMEs to transition from local operators to competitive players in global sustainable supply chains.
Project Period: 2025-ongoing | Client: Frontiers Research Foundation | Geography: Global
Ground-breaking environmental research by young scientists is not reaching real-world implementation fast enough to prevent humanity from transgressing the nine planetary boundaries identified by climate scientists.
Culture of Business serves as leader of the Development Group, designing and implementing a comprehensive development strategy for the Frontiers Planet Prize—the world's largest annual prize for environmental science at $3 million. Working with a high-profile team of business leaders, philanthropists, and finance professionals, we are building strategic alliances to accelerate the translation of prize-winning research into tangible solutions.
By strengthening the Foundation's extensive network of academics, policy-makers, investors, and implementation partners, this work will catalyse faster knowledge transfer and empower scientific leadership to deliver solutions to the world's most urgent environmental challenges at the speed and scale required.

Project Period: 2018-2020 | Client: European Union & ASUD (Packaged Dairy Products Association of Turkey) | Geography: Turkey
Turkey's rapidly growing dairy industry faced a critical sustainability challenge: increasing demand for non-renewable water resources and pollution of surface and groundwater sources threaten the sector's long-term viability. The sector needed practical knowledge on implementing water stewardship measures adapted to local conditions.
Culture of Business curated and facilitated a peer-learning programme bringing Turkish dairy sector leaders to the UK and Netherlands to study advanced water management practices.
The study visit to the UK explored how the industry manages water daily, what indicators guide decisions, successful projects, regulatory compliance, and future water challenges.
The project delivered actionable recommendations to Turkish government and industry decision-makers on implementing water sustainability measures adapted from European best practices. Participants gained practical knowledge on management indicators, regulatory frameworks, and proven solutions, creating a roadmap for mainstreaming water stewardship across Turkey's dairy sector and strengthening the resilience of thousands of smallholder farmers and processors.
